As part of our growth and the evolution of our equipment, we are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to guarantee the reliability of our installations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our industrial tool.
Your main missions
Under the supervision of the Methods and Maintenance Manager, your main tasks will be:
To ensure the technical maintenance of our equipment
- Intervene on level 3 preventive, curative and palliative maintenance operations, both on automated and programmable systems (Omron, Telemecanique, Siemens 1 to 7), and on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and computer equipment.
- Diagnosing complex faults, proposing sustainable solutions, and contributing to the optimization of installation performance
- Create, modify and optimize preventive maintenance schedules independently.
Ensuring the reliability of interventions
- Systematically document your actions in the CMMS tool and ensure the traceability of interventions
- Manage the tracking of spare parts and consumables to ensure equipment availability.
Contributing to industrial projects and infrastructure development
- To actively participate in the installation of new equipment and the layout of workshops.
- Perform various building maintenance tasks (electricity, plumbing, etc.) to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
To be a key player in coordination and continuous improvement
- Identify subcontracting needs, manage the relationship with service providers and monitor their interventions.
- Collaborating with production and methods teams to continuously improve equipment and processes.
- To provide occasional support to the maintenance manager in order to ensure continuity of operations.

Profile sought
- Training in industrial maintenance (BTS in Industrial Equipment Maintenance, BTS in Electrotechnics or Vocational Baccalaureate with significant experience)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Autonomy, rigor and precision , with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex faults
- Proficiency in industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and computer equipment
- Good knowledge of design software (AUTOCAD, DraftSight)
- Good knowledge of the industrial world and the principles of continuous improvement (Kaizen)
- CACES certification for aerial work platforms (category 3A/3B) and forklifts (category 3) ; arc welding is a plus
