As part of our growth and the evolution of our equipment, we are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to guarantee the reliability of our installations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our industrial tool.

Your main missions

Under the supervision of the Methods and Maintenance Manager, your main missions will be:

Ensure the technical maintenance of our equipment

Intervene on level 3 preventive, curative and palliative maintenance operations, both on automated and programmable systems (Omron, Télémécanique, Siemens 1 to 7), as well as on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and IT equipment.
Diagnose complex breakdowns, propose sustainable solutions and contribute to optimizing the performance of installations
Create, modify and optimize preventive maintenance ranges independently.

Guarantee the reliability of interventions

Systematically document your actions in the CMMS tool and ensure the traceability of interventions
Manage the tracking of spare parts and consumables to ensure equipment availability.

Contribute to industrial projects and infrastructure development

Actively participate in the installation of new equipment and the layout of workshops.
Carry out various building maintenance work (electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Be a key player in coordination and continuous improvement

Identify subcontracting needs, manage the relationship with service providers and monitor their interventions.
Collaborate with production and methods teams to continuously improve equipment and processes.
Provide punctual support to the maintenance manager to ensure continuity of operations.

Profile sought

Training in industrial maintenance (BTS Industrial Equipment Maintenance, BTS Electrotechnics or Bac Pro with significant experience)
Experience: 5 years minimum
Autonomy, rigor and precision , with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex breakdowns
Mastery of industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and IT equipment
Good knowledge of design software (AUTOCAD, DraftSight)
Good knowledge of the industrial world and the principles of continuous improvement (Kaizen)
CACES aerial work platform (category 3A/3B) and forklift (category 3) ; arc welding is a plus
