Professional Equality Index

2024 Professional Equality Index for 2024: not calculable for the fiscal year

The overall score of 30/45 (not usable) was obtained by adding together the scores for all the following comparative indicators between women and men:

  • Pay gap indicator: not calculable (staffing threshold not reached)
  • Indicator of gap in individual salary increase rates: 25 points
  • Indicator for return from maternity leave: not calculable
  • High remuneration indicator: 5 points (low proportion of women represented in management)

Note that the score is unfavorable in particular due to indicators that cannot be calculated (due to the minimum number of employees not being reached on the pay gap indicator, as well as for high salaries and the absence of maternity leave returns during the year).

An imbalance in favour of women on the wage increase indicator would have been worth the maximum points if the pay gap indicator were calculable.
