We are recruiting a Sales Manager to develop our business in the South West / Occitanie region and strengthen our sales team.

Your main missions

Reporting to the Sales Director or any person designated by the General Management, you will be responsible for the commercial development of the sector. You will work in conjunction with the design office and customer service. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and retain a clientele of professional prescribers of interior design of buildings in your sector
  • Visit construction companies in the tertiary and industrial sectors, specifiers (architects, design offices, economists), public and private project management, distribution networks (specialist traders, etc.) as well as industrialized building constructors
  • Provide technical advice to your contacts and promote our solutions
  • Be a driving force in implementing the commercial action plan
  • Monitor and develop turnover and margins in your sector in order to achieve the set objectives
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Participate in sales meetings and ensure the feedback of information related to support services, including marketing and R&D (market, products, competition)
  • Represent Qovans® at client meetings and professional events
  • Ensure compliance with clients' contractual commitments

Daily travel is expected in the area, as well as occasional travel to headquarters (Falaise, Calvados) for sales meetings (2 to 3 times/year) or specific appointments.

Upon your arrival, you will benefit from a 2-week integration at our Falaise site (Calvados) as well as an initial tour in tandem with a current account manager.

Profile sought

  • Higher education in business (Bac+2 to Bac+4) or significant commercial experience (5 years)
  • Experience in the removable partition sector appreciated
  • Qualities: composure, responsiveness, organization, rigor, interpersonal skills
  • Mastery of internal procedures, services and their functions
  • Proficiency in office and CRM tools (Cegid, Excel, Word, Contact Business, messaging, social networks)
  • Establish relationships of trust with production teams
  • Inform the sales department of any problems
  • Excellent written and oral expression in French
  • Be responsive by providing a rapid and appropriate response to internal and/or external requests

This position requires a local resident. Travel to the company headquarters is expected. A valid driver's license is required.
